A heavy wind this morning made me realise that there wouldn’t be many autumn leaves around soon, so I made a dash for the nearest park.
Have done a little post-processing to give it a slightly dreamy look.

And now for something completely different…
I thought I would try a technique blending a rather ordinary photo I took of a Gerbera with a texture, and then adding a “grunge” frame.
Here’s the original.
The autumn sun bathed the bridge in a warm, soft light.
There were some strong silhouettes as the sun went down.
The crane and masts caught my eye, nestling under the Forth road bridge.
I’ve used high dynamic range (HDR) techniques here, with 3 exposures, 2 stops apart, in order to capture the sky detail, then converted to black and white.
